Cement

The manufacturing, mixing and delivery of cement is a vital role in all construction sites. Cement production involves the processing of raw materials, mixing of those materials, and the packaging or preparation for delivery. 1. QUARRIES

The raw materials (limestone, clay, sand, and iron) are extracted from the quarry.

5. COOLER

The bricks are cooled down to 200°C.

 

2. HAMMER CRUSHER & MOBILE CRUSHER

The rock, limestone and other raw material is broken up into fine power.

6. HAMMER BRICK CRUSHER

The large bricks are broken up before being transported to the ball mill.

3. RAW MILLS

Raw materials are milled together.

7. BALL MILLS

The granules are ground together with gypsum to form the anhydrate cement.

 

4. ROTARY KILN

The raw powder is fired into bricks at approximately 2650°F.

8. CEMENT PACKAGING

The finished cement is prepared for shipping with the help of automatic packing and palletizing machines.
